Digital Digital Get Down

I am a total digital native!!! I remember actually, in college, we were attempting to view a youtube video that my prof had emailed himself. He had no clue how to open it, play it, turn up the volume, or ANYTHING!! It took ONE student and about 5 seconds to figure it out. It was hilarious and sad. The prof could manage to email himself the video, which, most would think is a lie considering his serious lack of technology talent present during class. Funny, huh?!

P.S. My story seems short because everyone else keeps typing so I kind of feel like I should keep typing, I mean, Denise has like three paragraphs going on. Well, she always was an over achiever. Lame-o. It's a good thing she can dance.
P.S.S Thomas laughs weird.

Yo yo what I use

We had this steller Gateway computer with the 50 pound monitor, it may not have actually been 50 pounds but it was heavy. If it fell on me it would have killed me for sure. We had a lot of weird games that you cannot find today. We had this ER game, and if you killed someone the ending shot was a foot with a toe tag. It was a little depressing but fun. I could save lives in the game and I thought I could probably save someone outside of the game. We were the coolest because we could BURN cds. My cousin was always jealous of our computer and internet capabilities. I was like 10 and the computer genious in my family. As computers grew and changed it was easy for me to adapt to the changes since I grew up with them. The games became less cheesy and the tools more useful.
I love new computers and the new tools they have and all the fun apps!

Discourse Community

The discourse community I am apart of is hunting! This is marked as a male sport. Obviously, the sport consists of shooting a gun, gutting out the animal, etc. Of course, women that do hunt are seen as hillbilly and not looked to as feminine. Ridiculous!!! If a man can load up a 300 mag riffle and go hunting, why can't a woman! My sister and I have grown up hunting and we love it! There may be a wall between men and women in this sport but it is slowly breaking.
